My dear friend had been without her EL900M for over 5 years while
studying and pursuing her career goals in the US. We spoke of the
electone often, bridged the gap with piano time, lamented of the
instrument's total unavailability in the US (the land of everything
purchasable, i once believed) and even reached out to Yamaha in Japan
in California (with no luck). On the evening of August 20, 2011, I
stumbled upon your website and read customer feedback from someone
else in the San Francisco Bay Area (which gave me an immediate sense
of comfort concerning the experienced hand you had already developed
plying the waters of the Pacific). I really couldn't believe my luck.
You were patient, knowledgeable, responsive, the whole ball of wax.
You located a perfect cousin to my friend's Hiroshima-based companion,
in perfect working and cosmetic condition (literally as-new) and
shipped it double-crated to San Francisco. All in less than 2 months
from our initial contact! The delivery agent was also kind, courteous
and responsive and was able to arrange follow-on shipping right into
my friend's apartment! I didn't have to lift a finger, or tailgate, or
crowbar, or anything. It's now been a full 3 months since the EL900M's
delivery, it's been played and enjoyed every single day since (without
any trouble). While I make a practice of not putting identifying
personal information on the internet, please feel free to email me the
contact information of anyone who is interested in your services who
would like to hear directly from a real-life, fully-satisfied
