Possibility of Return
■ Due to the nature of Musical instruments, general returns are not possible.
Returned goods due to reasons such as "different expectations of sound and wind playing" or change of mind can not be accepted. Please note.
We will endeavour to deliver new instruments in the best condition. If you have any questions, please contact us before ordering.
Only in the following cases, returned goods exchange will be accepted:
■ We will arrange exchange promptly with responsibility for the product due to defective items, delivery and postage accidents or dispatch mistakes.
Please contact us by phone or e-mail within 5 business days after delivery.
■ If there are unavoidable reasons, such as mistakes in order, we will accept replacement / returns only for unopened and unused items.
Costs associated with returning goods
■ All costs will be covered by us in case of return / exchange due to our negligence or mistake.
Return Items process and time frame
Upon receipt of goods you have 5 business days to advise us of any issue. We will advise on how to return the item and shipping requirements. You will be refunded within 2 working days from our receiving the item.

Except for some items, product images are all samples.
Colors and wood grain, detail design etc, may differ from the actual one.
Since the grain of instruments etc. varies depending on each one, you can not specify it. Please note.
