My D Deck arrived by FedEx in record time from Japan to the US. Taro Ogata as well as FedEx was very helpful with all of my import procedures. Customs went without any problems due to Taro's experience with the export process. Taro Ogata is a pleasure to do business with. His e-mail responses are quick and very professional.
