Influenced by the 1967 “Summer of Love” and the “Flower Power” movement—cultural phenomena that went on to shape fashion worldwide—Fender introduced the Blue Flower and Paisley Telecaster® models. Featuring a bold and unprecedented look created by applying decorative wallpaper across the entire body, these guitars became especially popular among rockabilly and country-western players. Even after their original discontinuation, they have been reissued numerous times. Holding a special place in Fender’s history, these iconic guitars are now revived with Made in Japan craftsmanship as limited-edition models for 2025.

The Made in Japan Limited Stratocaster® Paisley features a gloss-finished alder body adorned with a paisley-patterned sheet. A maple neck with a 7.25-inch radius and 1969 “U” shape, equipped with 21 vintage-style frets, delivers a classic playing feel that faithfully recreates the character of the era. In addition, finishing both the paisley sheet and the outer edge in indigo results in a truly one-of-a-kind appearance.
